Checking the Status of Your Cashback

You can check the status of your Cash Back any time on the Cash Back Activity page of your Account.

 

Processing

Soon after you place an order, the transaction is Processing. This means that we see you placed an order and are waiting on the store to send us a few more details about your purchase.

 

Pending

Your Cash Back hasn’t been confirmed yet. The time it takes for Cash Back to be confirmed depends on several factors, including the store, store policy, reporting schedule, exclusions and returns. The Cash Back amount may still change if we get new information from the store.

 

Confirmed

We verified all the details and added this amount to your confirmed balance. It will be included in your next payment, as long as there are no other returns or exchanges on the order.


Ineligible

This order isn’t eligible for Cash Back. This can happen for a few reasons, like returns, exclusions, using vouchers not found on Rakuten and more.

 

Adjustment

We received new information about your order. Your Cash Back has been updated accordingly.
